Delivery times
All available products on chwaya.com are stored in our warehouse in France and are delivered worldwide (except exceptions). Chwaya guarantees to ship your order within 48 hours.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. may be shipped the same day. If urgent, please contact us at +33 4 27 02 40 36 so that we can make sure to ship your order in priority.
Delivery times depend on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen. In France, average times are 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery methods
We offer two delivery methods: Mondial Relay and Colissimo by La Poste . We will give you the delivery tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.
Items are carefully packed and protected for shipment. The rugs are folded in order to facilitate their handling and to reduce the additional costs of large parcels.
International taxes and customs duties
International deliveries are subject to taxes and customs for countries outside the Schengen Area.
Customs duties and taxes of importation are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the package. The amounts of these taxes depend on the regulations of each country of destination and we can't inform the customer of their exact amount. It is therefore up to the customer to find out this amount from his local authorities.
