Returns are accepted within 15 days after receipt of the order, for any product purchased on the www.chwaya.com store.
Returns conditions
- The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled).
- Contact us on contact@chwaya.com by telling us about your wish for a refund and specifying your order number.
- Send the parcel to the following address: CHWAYA, 21 rue Jean Larrivé, 69003 Lyon, FRANCE.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Chwaya is not responsible for loss of the package, so it is recommended to use delivery against signature.
International customer
Returns are accepted abroad according to the same procedure.
